Yes, that's 12:30 PM local time. But clear skies, low humidity and a conjunction of the Moon and Venus allowed me to do something I'd read was possible but had never actually succeeded at before: I managed to glimpse Venus in broad daylight. It's there... barely brighter than the sky to the naked eye and you have to know exactly where to look or you'll miss it.
