Well, the pictures are back. Three or four actually came out OK. From this series I've learned that (a) my observing site has serious light pollution; (b) a three minute exposure is about the best I can do with ISO 200 film and a 50mm f/2.5 lens and (c) the mount doesn't track very well -- it seems to move at an uneven rate in right ascension.
